In 2007 Greg received an award from the Governor General of Australia, Major General Michael Jeffrey on behalf of the Shoalhaven Area Consultative Committee for Dynamic Solutions’ significant contribution to economic activity in the region. Also in 2007 Greg was recognized as a State Finalist in the 2007 Small Business Champion Awards. In 2008 as managing director of Dynamic Solutions Greg received a nomination for the 2008 Telstra Business Awards.

Penny Delfs has an immense enthusiasm for people, training, facilitation, mentoring and executive coaching, Penny now specializes in working with Middle to Senior Management in facilitating their outcomes, this includes training trainers & professional presenters in facilitation styles, presentations and advanced communication, including defining and refining well formed outcomes and thinking skills.
