With experience in both public and private sectors, Sheryl has been responsible for policy development, information systems design and implementation, and process reengineering for improved customer focus. She has developed and delivered training in human resource management, interpersonal effectiveness, written communication, customer service, team effectiveness, frontline leadership, goal setting and time management.
Public sector organisations Sheryl has worked with include Education Queensland, Department of Primary Industries, Department of Natural Resources, Ergon and Queensland Rail. Her private sector experience includes finance and banking, hospitality, travel, construction, engineering and information technology industries. This experience includes working in rural and urban communities throughout Queensland.
Sheryl is a very approachable, enthusiastic facilitator who encourages participation and interaction.
